Flex is helping people pay rent on their own terms, so they can avoid late fees, improve their cash flow, and build their credit history. The startup approached Left Field Labs to help introduce them as a FinTech leader while establishing trust with prospective users. Our teams worked together to design a sophisticated and approachable identity system and copywriting for their website and mobile app experience, and guidelines that helped this new system extend to Flex’s owned channels. With custom illustrations that break down a step-by-step guide to How Flex Works and a customer-centric testimonial gallery demonstrating how Flex helps renters, the end result was a bold, straight-forward site and mobile app that highlights the most important information and speaks directly to potential and existing users.
